Do Chilean Citizens Need a Visa to Vietnam?

Chile Citizens DON’T NEED a tourist visa for every leisure visit to Vietnam of no more than 90 days, BUT they NEED one for every business visit to the country, no matter how long they are staying in Vietnam. 

In addition to the visa requirements mentioned above, the Chilean citizens need to ensure that their passport: 

• is valid for at least 6 months beyond arrival date in Vietnam;
• has at least 2 blank pages.

• Get visa on arrival if they are traveling to Vietnam by air;

• Vietnam embassy in Chile if you are in Chile;
• Vietnam embassy in the country you are residing in or in nearby countries (if you are outside Chile).
