    Dear,

I would like to apply for a work permit. I am french citizen, 27 years old with 5 years of experience (4 years in china and 1 year in France for VEOLIA WATER ). I have got all papers mentioned:

    1/ Work permit application form
2/ Criminal record that is issued by the Judicial office at the place where the expat resides in Vietnam.
3/ The copy of any certificate or degree, it can be: university degree or above, professional skills certificate. If you gare a craftsman, it can be the confirmation about your skill certified by your government.
4/ Health check from the hospital that you belong to on a provincial level or from your own country. This health check is valid for 6 months
5/ Curriculum vitae with passport photo
6/ 3 copies of your newest passport photo

Please noticed that my diploma is a french professional degree.
Let me know if you can help me for that and what is the cost.

    Thanks

      Thank you for contacting us!
Please inform that at present we do not provide work permit service. To obtain this document, you must work for a company in Vietnam and this company will be in charged of gaining the work permit for you.
      Kind regards,

    To whom it may concern

I am South African and very interested in teaching in Vietnam or elsewhere and as far as I can gather from most sites that I have visited on the internet, I meet most of the necessary requirements (I have a degree in Youth work and just completed an Honours degree in Psychology- no TEFL though).

The problem I face is that my criminal background check would not be clean as I pleaded guilty to three DUI charges in 2008, 2010 and 2011. These offences were due to plain stupidity on my part and the result of losing my way in life a bit. I have however gotten my life back on track and would like to fulfil my dream of working abroad. According to South African law, I will only be able to have these offences expunged in ten years time. I have made mistakes in my past and have paid dearly for them. I do however believe that they shouldn’t determine my future.

What would be my chances of obtaining a visa to be able to teach or work? According to some sites I wouldn’t have a chance at all, while others state that as long as it isn’t drug- or sexual offence related it wouldn’t be a problem. Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind regards
