1. No visa is required for Indonesian passport holders if you will stay in the country less than 30 days. Other while, you must apply for a visa to Vietnam in advance.
2. American citizens must apply for Vietnam visa beforehand. Please click on this link https://www.vietnam-visa.com/step1 to apply for his visa on arrival.

I filled an apply form and paid on sunday 2nd october, I don’t find until now the agreement form in my email box, would you please check and tell me if anything’s wrong ? My next flight to Vietnam is on saturday october 8th.

Please inform you that as a travel agent we are not able to process visa online for Morocco citizens, we only can assist you French citizen to get visa approval letter. You can contact to any Vietnam Embassy around your place to apply for Vietnam visa.

I am french citizen and my wife is moroccan citizen. We both live in Casablanca, Morocco where there is no vietnamese embassy nor consulate in Morocco. How can we obtain a visa as we plan to spend two weeks in Vietnam in September 2011. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

After receiving your visa application and your payment we will send you an email to confirm this and we will process your visa. It takes you 2 or 3 working days ( normal service), 1 working day ( urgent service) to get your visa approval letter by email.
You just need to print the documents and show them at Airport then get your stamped visa at Vietnam Airport.
