To Addie,
We are so sorry to hear that you can not keep contact with your friend in Vietnam. But we can not do anything for you as Nha Trang is 1.278km far from Hanoi ( where our office bases). And Vietnam is too large and have a lot of people.
We do hope your friend will actively contact you again.

Hi, I will be entering Vietnam via the Cambodia/Vietnam border crossing (from Phnom Penh into Chau Doc) in December this year.

I am wondering if I am able to get a visa on arrival if entering by land.

Any clarification on the subject would be appreciated.
