Thank you for contacting us!
Please inform that your boss must apply for Vietnam visa beforehand. In order to apply for visa on arrival online, what he needs to do is very simple as follow:
- Access our website at www.vietnam-visa.com to apply online.
- Settle the payment (service fee) as per instructions
- Receive your visa approval letter after 1working day (urgent service), or 2 working days (normal service) via email
- Print the letter out and bring it together with his photos + passport to the arrival airport in Vietnam, pay stamping fee according to the rate regulated by the Government then pick up his visa there.
And now, he is ready to enter Vietnam!
We do hope this information is clear and helpful for you.
Kindly regards,

Hi

My Boss might have a Business Trip from HK to Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City on March, 2012 (i.e Mar 6 afterwards - around 3 days trip). And, he holds a Canadian Passport. In this case, please advise if he just needs to apply the Vietinam Visa (through online?Single Entry?) is fine? Any things he needs to prepare?

If possible, please kindly let us know briefly about the procedures of getting the Vietinam Visa so as to let my boss to have a 3 days business trip sucessfully. Thanks.

Dear Michael,

Please note that the earlier you apply for your visa, the sooner you can get the visa and there is no limitation for this time. In your case, you also can apply for Vietnam visa in September and travel to Vietnam on December. Furthermore, please note that your visa will start on the arrival date which you note in the application form which means that you are able to enter Vietnam between your registered arrival date and your visa expiration date.

For any further concern, feel free to contact us !

Best regards,
Susan Nguyen

At this moment, I know I will be arriving Vietnam around December but do not the exact arrival date. Can I apply for a visa, say, 3 months in advance in September for a 1-month stay in VIetnam? My question is: how EARLY can I apply for a visa?

Dear Michael,
In this case you please contact to any Vietnam Embassy around your place to apply for your visa to travel by land. You can apply for your visa once your arrival date is fix and remember to apply for your visa at least 1 week before your arrival.

Please contact us if you have any further concern !

I will be travelling to Vietnam from Laos by land in December. How early can I apply for a visa (as I prefer everything done in advance in Hong Kong, but I will be leaving Hong Kong in the middle of October)? Thanks.

Dear sir/madam,

My family and I will travel to HK on the first of June. My husband and 2 childrens holds Dutch passport. I have a Dutch passport and HK citizen card.
We booked a trip to Vietnam for 10 days (Hong Kong - Vietnam - Hong Kong), this I booked with my Dutch passport.
My mother will join the Vietnam trip as well. She's HK citizen (lives in HK) but has a Dutch passport as well. She will travel with her HK citizen card, so she needs to apply the visum at your office, is this correct?
Is it also possible that the four of us (holding Dutch passport) apply the Vietnam visum at your office as well?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Regards,
Karen
