This is a niche! However, you should shorten the above tags, it’s too long. For example, in this article, the tags should be: Vietnam, Embassy, Indonesia, Jakarta, Visa.

    Anyways, let’s bring into play!

    Thank Mrs Nhung!

    Dear Visa Team.

My boss (Indian) and his family will be traveling to Vietnan next month. Is it better to apply visa trhough embassy or on arrival? or is there any online services for this?

    thanks alot

    Answer to Flo:

    Thank you for contacting us!

We would like to inform that getting visa to Vietnam is quite simple and easy now. There are 2 options for getting Vietnam visa:

    1) If they travel by air to Vietnam, they are kindly advised to apply for a visa on arrival. This is a simpler and easier way than the other. For visa on arrival, they apply online at our website http://www.Vietnam-Visa.com, pay the service fee to get visa approval letter after 1 working day (urgent service) or 2-3 working days (normal service). With this visa approval letter, passport, 2 passport photos at any size and stamping fee (25 USD for single entry visa, 50 USD for multiple entry visa), their visa will be stamped at Vietnam airport.

Moreover, please be kindly noted that there are two kinds of fees:

    - Service fee: the fee is paid ONLINE for us to process the visa approval letter for them.
    - Stamping fee: For getting their visa stamped at VIETNAM airport, pay directly at the Vietnam airports for the Immigration officers by cash (in USD) at immigration Desk.

For detailed information regarding visa fee, please click on this link
    http://www.vietnam-visa.com/pricing.html

    2) In case they travel by road, they are suggested to come directly to Vietnamese Embassy/ Consulate in India to obtain their Vietnam visa there.

they need to take their passports,a passport-sized photo for each person, and cash in person to the Consulate, where you will be interviewed about the purpose of their visit. They must also pay the stamping fee and wait in a few days to get the visa. Please note that the application procedures and fees may vary among countries and embassies/consulates.

We do hope that this information is clear and helpful for them to decide to use what type of visa. We are willing and please to serve them at our best!

    Kind regards,
    Anna Quach

    Dear Sir/Madam

We are Behind The Actors. A theater group who is domiciled in Bandung – West Java – Indonesia. We were invited by the organizers of The Vietnam Puppetry Theatre, Vietnam from 20 to 30 September 2010 to follow the Second Festival Marionnette Hanoi.

I want to get information from the Vietnamese Embassy in Jakarta. Do we have to apply for a visa?

If we read the information on the site http://www.vietnam-visa.com/embassy/Indonesia, that more than one month stay in Vietnam, we are Indonesian nationals exempted from visa Vietnam for 30 days, while we will stay in Vietnam from September 19 to October 1, 2010 (13 days).

Why do we ask this, because when we look for airline tickets online there is an option “Please note That foreigners with a Temporary Residence Card for Indonesia are required to apply for a visa to travel to Vietnam.”

Thus the question from us. We are expecting the best information from you as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention and support to us.

  9. Anna Quach says:

    Answer to Hendra Permana:

    Thank you for contacting us!

Please be kindly confirmed that Indonesian passport holders do not need to apply for Vietnam visa if you will stay in Vietnam less than 30 days.

If you are holding Temporary Residence Card for Indonesia only, you still need to apply for Vietnam visa.

Please let us know your nationality so that we can give you detailed advice accordingly.

    Many thanks and Best regards,

    Anna Quach

    Kindly regards,

    Hi

Could you please clarify these 2 previous answers. My understanding is that KITAS is a temporary residence card.
