Please be kindly informed that your passport photos can be at any size as long as your face is straight forward. It is not very important.
When your visa approval letter has been accepted by Vietnam Immigration Department, we will send your visa approval letter together with the exit and entry form via your email for your convenience. Please do not worry at all.

We are flying from Sydney to Hanoi but I know we get off in Saigon to change planes – which point do we go through customs, normally it would be the first point of call that is Saigon – is this the arrival port that we put on the form
