Viet Nam, Kuwait reach visa deal
KUWAIT (VNS)— Viet Nam and Kuwait have agreed on visa exemptions for their diplomatic passport holders, according to Kuwait’s state news agency KUNA. An agreement to this effect was signed by Vietnamese Deputy Foreign Minister Le Luong Minh and his Kuwaiti counterpart Khaled Al-Jarallah on Saturday.
